The fourth tab is a repository for Letters or Notices sent to the constituent.

Letters are sent via a button located on the Inspection screen or, in masse via query. If there are any letters you may view an archived copy of the letter by clicking the View button on the upper right portion of the grid.

Double-Click on the Archive Name to pull up the letter in Acrobat.

Use one of the sample letters that came packaged with the program, to create your letters. Below are images showing the merge fields.

Keep all of the merge fields. The document template is set up to not print empty lines.

Here is the section that presents the violations:

And the section that notifies the recipient how long they have to correct the violation(s).
