For quick reference there are codes after the words Additional Information, that inidcate what information has been gathered. In the above example you seel ( - I - V ) meaning there is an Inspection and Violation(s). The other codes are R - Reimbursement, T- Televised and D - Dye Tested.

At the top right hand side of the grid listing existing (if any) inspections is a button set.

You may print out an Inspection Work Order. You can

• Add a new Inspection,
  
• Edit an existing one or
  
• Delete an Inspection Record.
